1. Information we collect
When you submit a school proposal request or general enquiry, we may collect your name, school or organisation, town or city, province, role, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, grades, learner numbers, preferred dates, programme interests and any information included in your message.
2. Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, understand a school’s requirements, prepare tailored proposals, plan programmes, manage bookings and communicate about relevant Aventra services. We do not use form submissions for unrelated purposes.
3. Enquiry handling and form provider
Website forms are transmitted through a third-party form service and delivered to the relevant Aventra email address. The form provider may process submission data on our behalf. We aim to use providers that apply reasonable safeguards, but their own privacy terms also apply to their processing.
4. Security
We take reasonable organisational and technical steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
5. Retention
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the relevant relationship, meet operational or legal requirements and maintain appropriate records. Information that is no longer required will be securely deleted or de-identified where practical.
6. Sharing and third-party services
We may share information with service providers that support website forms, hosting, email or programme administration, but only where reasonably necessary. We do not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
7. Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held by Aventra, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements. You may also ask how your information has been used.
